Who is Liz?
I'm a Canadian podcaster, web designer and mom who finally cracked the keto enigma in the summer of 2022. Since then, I have lost 90lbs, improved my blood pressure, and dropped a few pant sizes.
As I progress on my path towards metabolic health, I have realized that support is critical to success. If you are like me, you are embarking on this journey in the face of some amount of resistance. The world doesn’t embrace the daily low carb / keto ideal, and actively works against it! That’s why we need support. My goal is to provide a community that supports a healthy keto approach to diet - for myself, and for anyone who needs it.
